Mortgage Collectors
I am recruiting for a leading Bank based in Belfast for Mortgage Collectors. The positions are for 12 - 24 month contract.
Requirements -
- Assist with collection of arrears, within the portfolio of vulnerable and impaired borrower connections.
- Monitor all action plans set and follow-up discussed and agreed strategy with Team Leader.
- Communicating with Branches, Internal Departments, External Professionals and customers.
- Undertake effective daily delivery of all actions.
- Consistent adherence to practices and procedures.
- Explore all possible options in attempt to keep clients in their main residence and avoid repossession / where client is co-operating with the Bank and a sustainable long-term solution can be established.
- Ensure that all Telephone Contact with clients complies with the requirements set out in the Depts’ Telephone Procedures
- Completion of Income / Expenditure analysis, investigating fully the client’s financial circumstances
- Propose appropriate structures for clients borrowings
- Adhere to best practices and deliver professional timely service
