Responsibilities
•Lead new clients through implementation process to bring their mortgage websites live as efficiently and accurately as possible.
•Provide guidance on software functionality and client best practices, complete configuration guides, manage implementation schedule
•Assist clients through the quality assurance testing process and resolve issues
•Conduct implementation workshops for new clients, which will require occasional travel
**Company will train on software and applications, but you must have the knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree and 5-7years experience in mortgage loan origination, processing, underwriting or closing
•Strong project management skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•High technical aptitude
•Knowledge of relational database structures, the software development cycle and writing SQL statements desirable
