Job Duties
Receive inbound sales calls
Exercise excellent customer service skills through high call volume, face to face sales opportunites, and/or converting telephone leads into loan applications and closings
Be a team player
Demonstrate significatnt time managment skills
Meet production goals
Originate loans
Process loans
Obtain all documentation and support information required to complete loan process
Must possess good judgment, accurate data entry, stronge attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills/Qualifications
MS office including Word, Excel, Calyx/Pointe
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Two-Five years experience with loan originating, loan processing, loan officer, loan officer assistant, or similar position
This position requres the employee to register as a mortgage loan orginator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
Your continued employment in this position is contingent upon successful registration after your start date and annual re-registration thereafter
