Consumer Loan Services LLC, a national Mortgage Banking company, based in scenic La Crosse, WI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processing Manager and a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager. Our organization provides mortgage products and services to financial institutions throughout the USA, helping them to provide mortgage services to their customers effectively. The Mortgage Loan Processing Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the Mortgage Processing, Loan Set-Up and Closing/Fund- ing Departments and assures high levels of service and performance. This professional works on the organizational strategy and policy development and placement of such for the Mortgage Processing, Loan Set-Up and Closing/Funding Departments. The selected professional will be expected to provide clear, direct and constant feedback to employees about their performance. Candidates will have 7-10 Years in mortgage lending industry plus 3-5 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or similar is preferred. The Loan Servicing Manager will participate in and manage the day to day functions of our primarily Fannie Mae mortgage loan servicing operation and will oversee/ implement loss mitigation policy to reduce potential loan losses or foreclosures. The ideal candidate will possess extensive collections and related litigation experience. Additionally, qualified candidates must be familiar with all governing regulations, laws and best industry practices. Candidates will have 5+ Years in mortgage lending industry plus 3+ years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or similar is preferred.
