Our Fairfax, VA Ops Center is looking to hire an experienced Loan Processor to start right AWAY!
Job Description:
The Senior Loan Processor's primary responsibility is to communicate with brokers/branches regarding loan status, gather appropriate documentation to satisfy conditions, and move loans through the pipeline efficiently from submission to funding. The Senior Loan Processor is responsible for knowing the status of each loan, ensuring that the files are moving through the internal operations team correctly, and that status is communicated to all parties through every step of the process. All employees of Pacific Union Financial are expected to provide quality customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with underwriter, request documentation and follows up on missing conditions
Assist in moving loans from submission to funding
Build relationships with internal and external partners
Ensure the Loan Processor checklist is completed accurately on each loan file
Order internal conditions for each loan per the Loan Approval
Re-Disclose as required by law on valid change in circumstances
Put notes in DataTrac on each loan no later than every 10 days
Minimum Daily Production Standard
Manage a pipeline of 50+ loans and close 25+ per month
You:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 plus years of mortgage banking loan processing
- Familiarity with LOS and AUS system
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast paced environment
- Self starter with good written and oral communication skill as well as good follow up and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, HOEPA, SAFE ACT and familiar with new GFE/TIL requirements
- Detail and results oriented
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team setting
