Mortgage Process Engineer
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Our client (one of the largest financial institution in Richmond, VA) is actively seeking a Contract Mortgage Process Engineer. The selected talent will coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing and technical performance of company programs. Identify, establish and communicate overall objectives, priorities, and deadlines of interrelated projects. Lead a cross-functional team of project managers to accomplish overall program goals and strategies. Build and maintain internal and external relationships to effective influence and direct the achievement of business results. Adhere to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques. Responsibilities could also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of solutions to program problems and directs work assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks and operations.
