We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to work with our client in Minneapolis reviewing mortgage loan documents to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, internal client guidelines and disclosure requirements, complete checklists and worksheets, reconciliation, preform database maintenance and verifications while working closely with closing agents and other internal and external customers. Our client offers free parking, is on the busline, several cafeteria's and has a pleasant campus type feel. Working hours: 8-5 Shifts Can Vary Mortgage experience background required in at least one of the following areas: Title work Appraisal Loan Processing Closing Underwriter HUD FHA/VA and more!
