Our Client, a Large Financial Services Bank require an additional Mortgage Adviser to join the Salisbury branch to fill a new job/vacancy.
A Cemap qualified mortgage advisor sales professional, moving towards the CII Diploma with the aim to complete R01 R05, you’ve got excellent planning skills and a proven flair for achieving challenging targets. What really sets you apart is your passion for customer service. You will provide specialist advice to both new and existing customers. You will care to deliver fully compliant and individually tailored mortgage and protection solutions. What’s more, you will make a big difference to the branch team - sharing your knowledge; you’ll see that everyone benefits from great referrals.
This is a front line role where you will provide specialist advice on customers’ largest purchase, delivering tailored mortgage and protection solutions whilst ensuring that your branch colleagues are armed with the skills and knowledge they need to make effective referrals.
You will work in close partnership with the local management team and will be accountable for the delivery of an individual sales target, providing a high quality, compliant service to the existing client base whilst also prospecting for new clients.
This job will also involve working some Saturdays.
