About the Job
- Reviews production reports from prior day and holds daily meeting with MSR.
 - Analyzes actual results and data from system to track performance to plan for the current shift.
 - Identifies where shift and individual performance is below standard and implements plan to correct.
 - Establishes and maintains policies and procedures standards.
 - Proactively addresses all off standard situation through root cause analysis and develops action plan to correct.
 - Communicates via daily review meeting on all performance goals and standards to employees.
 - Assigns and monitors down day activities, has backup assignments identified to insure optimal use of available man-hours.
 - Maintains harmony among coworkers and resolve grievances.
 - Responsible for optimizing profitability and controlling operating expenses of the district.
 - Achieve any other task as required by the business necessity
 
- Bachelor’s degree required
 - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Mortgage Business, Real State
 - Full knowledge of the mortgage processs
 - Ability to work with others (team player)
 - Proven knowledge on regulations (federal and state) applicable to mortgage and banking law
 - Excellent sales and service skills
 - Highly organized and demonstrated prioritization skills
 - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel; PowerPoint
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish)
