Our client is a multinational financial services organisation that is experiencing solid growth in their mortgage settlements team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is able to commit to a 6 month contract that may go perm.

Job Description

In this role you will take ownership of the settlement of mortgage application.

• Checking legal documents
• Authorise the funds to be settled
• Processing loan documentation
• Follow up with external stakeholders regarding loan requirements
• Working on a number of loans/deals at any given time

The Successful Applicant

• You will have a minimum of two years mortgage settlements experience
• Have excellent communication and problem resolution skills
• Able to work efficiently in a high volume environment and who are service focused
