Our Business
Our Personal and Commercial line of business is the retail and commercial banking arm of BMO Financial Group in Canada, serving individuals, small to medium-sized and mid-market businesses.  We offer a wide variety of personal and commercial banking products and services and we serve our customers in person at our branches, through our ABM network, over the Internet and by phone.

As a Mortgage Specialist you will apply business development techniques in order to originate, build and relationship manage a third-party network of referral sources to build a pipeline of mortgage business.  Work towards the achievement of sales targets for mortgage products and services by applying sales and service principles, practices and techniques.  Partner with the Branch team to ensure proper customer hand off in order to finalize mortgage documentation, as well as, refer customers with non-mortgage needs.  Protect the Bank’s assets by adhering to all lending policies and procedures, as well as, legal, ethical and process requirements.

Knowledge of the real estate market.
Expertise in lending philosophies and experience in residential mortgages.
Experience working in a full commission environment.

Education and Accreditation
Completed high school, or equivalent work experience.
