Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing loans and mortgage applications
- Working with loan officers and answering underwriting questions
- Complying with all local and federal fair lending laws and net benefit requirements
- Submitting mortgage applications and borrower information thru an AUS
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience
- FHA and VA experience a plus but not required
- Degree preferred but not required
