Mortgage Wholesale Account Manager Job in Pittsburgh 15220, Pennsylvania Us
We are a mortgage banking firm based in Pittsburgh PA originating third party loans in six states. We are looking for a full time Wholesale Account Manager who will support our third party PHFA and USDA loan originations. As a successful account manager, you will manage and support our existing wholesale clientele while developing and supporting new wholesale relationships. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefit package including medical, life and supplemental insurance coverage.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating market share and market share growth for assigned products within a specific geographic area. Some overnight travel will be required.
- Training and supporting existing clientele and making presentations introducing our program to banks and mortgage lending companies within our geographic lending area.
- Developing a thorough understanding of lending and regulatory terms, definitions, rules and regulations.
Experience Qualifications
Conventional and FHA mortgage lending background is required for this position. Expertise with USDA and/or the PHFA first time homebuyer program is preferred.
