Regional Production Manager

 

Overview:  The Wholesale Division is looking for an experienced, self-motivated candidate to join our team as a Regional Production Manager position for their Mid-Atlantic (NC, DC, VA, WV, OH, IN, MI) sales region.  This position is responsible for recruiting prospective Account Executive candidates, as well as developing, training, and mentoring new Account Executives to grow loan production from active and prospective accounts. 

 

Duties include:

·         Recruiting, interviewing and hiring Account Executives for sales territories as defined by management.

·         Providing ongoing training programs for sales staff relative to sales techniques, product and technical/regulatory/investor requirements. 

·         Developing formalized business plans, sales strategies, reporting and quarterly/annual production goals.

·         Traveling with Account Executives to provide constructive feedback for existing and prospective accounts.

·         Maintaining consistent contact with the sales force to review performance.

·         Monitoring loan pipeline performance on a daily basis.

·         Maintaining familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements by attending educational in industry seminars. 

·         Monitoring sales force activity and industry trends.

·         Attending broker functions and conferences.

·         Other duties as assigned by management.
