The current owners wish to relinquish their day to day running of this
already successful business -
Adelaide CBD Motel of 18 rooms and 7 Serviced Apartments.
The business is generally accommodation and tour sales only -
no restaurant and minimal staffing.
We are looking for professionals, not caretakers or babysitters
nor those who want to “try” the industry.
We are only interested in engaging you if you are
experienced as hands-on operators
with proven marketing skills,
you understand that there is much more to running this business successfully
other than providing good customer service at the front desk
and in understanding that as it is a small business,
you are willing to get tasks done yourselves
rather than seeking others to whom you may delegate.
