About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for claims liability determination; this will involve communication with solicitors and external agents, one-on-one client relationships and negotiations with both the insured and uninsured parties. You have responsibility and ownership for the end to end management of your portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities Include:
• Reduce the number of outstanding recovery claims
• Negotiate claims recoveries with both Insured and Uninsured
• Claims liability determination
• Communicate with solicitors / external recovery agents
• Provide customers with claim updates
• Efficient diary maintenance and administration
• Maximise Finalise Recovery Rates in accordance with SLAs
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• Customer service excellence
• Sharp negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyse and proactively problem solve
• Motor Vehicle claims insurance experience
