Move-in Move-out/Admissions Assistant Job in Cleveland, Ohio US

The Move-in Move-0ut/Admissions Assistant is responsible for all aspects of residents move ins and outs.  Develops and maintains professional relationships with residents. Prepares information packets, conduct tours and provide orientation for new residents.  Maintains resident and personnel right to privacy and confidentiality.  Assists with recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers.  Coordinates move in/out dates and times, and assist with set-up/furnishings of Respite Suites.  The Move-in Move-0ut/Admissions Assistant is sensitive to privacy issues and maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries.  Interacts positively with residents, guests, family and staff.

High school graduate, college preferred and previous experience working in an eldercare facility. Sales and marketing experience preferred.  Must be skilled with sales and sales closings.    Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.   Must be self-directed and capable of working with little supervision.   Ability to work effectively in a timely manner and the ability to adapt quickly and responsively to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.  Knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations of licensed RCF in Ohio.  Good computer skills.  Ability to act in a professional manner and respond calmly in emergency situations.  Able to work flexible schedule.
