MQ / Middleware Infrastructure Manager recruitment
In this pivotal role you will lead and manage a regional infrastructure middleware team in implementing and integrating middleware services. This role provides functional, technical and process leadership and is accountable for day to day and project level delivery and ensures that the regional team remains compliant with enterprise standards.
To be successful in this role you would have the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of middleware and web infrastructure technology
- Excellent people leadership skills with proven experience in technical team management
- Excellent organisational, communication, planning and negotiation skills
- Previous experience working in the banking and financial services industry
