Role Summary/Purpose
The Business Analysis (BA) function in GE Healthcare (GEHC) includes market research (primary and secondary), market analytics, competitor intelligence, forecasting and scenario planning with the goal of ensuring GEHC develops products that meet customer’s needs, places the right bets in the market and creates powerful go-to-market plans. The Magnetic Resonance (MR) Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading and building the Business Intelligence function within the MR Division.

Essential Responsibilities
The Business Intelligence leader is responsible for enabling high quality, objective decisions by identifying and advising on the key marketing challenges for the business through the development and application of insightful and objective competitive market analysis. • Providing leadership for the delivery of strategic marketing intelligence to foster growth within MR • Development and implementation of a comprehensive information/insight strategy for the business • Accountable for high quality, commercial information and that this information is interpreted and appropriate recommendations made to allow effective decision-making • Developing program and project plans, resource requirements and strategic analysis and research for business growth • Leading actionable and global market research projects (VOC) that are developed and implemented to support commercial decision making on products and/or strategies • Working with and influencing global stakeholders. • Managing external resources such as primary and secondary market research vendors and outsourced data analytics resources • Being a key contributor and influencer within the business • Being a key contributor in the Growth Playbook (3 year strategic planning process) • Being a key contributor to enhancing the Business Analysis Function in GEHC to achieve Gold Standard

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Statistics/Economics or related field 2. 10+ years commercial experience (Marketing, Product Marketing or related field) with 8+ in market research or business analysis or related field3. Prior experience in a leadership role within a complex / corporate environment. 4. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive research related projects from RFP creation to recommended actions.5. Excellent oral and written communications skills6. Strong analytical and process skillsU.S. (Country) Specific Qualifications:1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time2.
