MS Great Plains Implementation Analyst Job in Toronto M5G2C8, Ontario Canada

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains v10 financial modules.

·         Previous working experience with Quadrant Financials (MIS) modules.

·         Previous working experience with Quadrant Material Management (MM) modules.

·         Previous working experience with Quadrant Resident Management (RMS) modules.

·      Excellent understanding of Generally Applied Accounting Principles (GAAP).

·         Previous working experience with FRx, Report Writer, and Integration Manager.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·         Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of ERP applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics GP.

·         A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.

·         Subject matter expertise with experience in the Ontario Continuing Care sector, Accounting Principles and working knowledge of the OHRS standards.

·         Understanding of the project transition activities.

·         Experience in developing and maintaining a detailed Project plan.

·         Providing regular project updates.

·         Facilitating prompt and full resolution or escalation to the Senior Project Manager of all software conversion and implementation issues.

·         Facilitating mitigation of identified risks.

·         Facilitating the completion of all recorded action items.

·         Ensuring that all deliverables are verified and approved.

·         Ensuring alignment/linkages with other initiatives within the project.

·         Communicating and enabling the team to achieve results.
