Office 2010 And Windows 7 IT Support Trainer, based in Aberdeen.
Supporting a Windows 7 Office 2010 desktop refresh / rollout, you will be joining an existing team responsible for the smooth integration of our clients new desktop, this is a varied role working for a solution provider but on client's site.
You will have several responsibilities from getting your hands dirty with the new desktop installations to providing training to corporate end users on the new features of Windows 7 and Office 2010. End users will be away from their desks receiving training whilst their new desktop is installed, our client is looking for someone who is very client facing, adaptable and flexible to the project needs.
Our client is a well respected award winning provider, they would like someone to join their team with experience of similar projects and delivering a combination of formal classroom courses, 1-2-1 sessions, floorwalking and presentations. You will not be required to develop courseware but there will be a Train the Trainer day to familiarise yourself with the clients systems, processes and course content.
