Macquarie Securities Group (MSG) is a global institutional securities house covering sales, research, ECM, execution and derivatives and delta one activities. MSG uses its research and risk management skills to develop equity-based solutions and services for clients internationally.
The opportunity for an Analyst to join our London-based team working in the Transport Infrastructure sector is now available. The role will involve coverage of 10-15 stocks, with the Airlines, Airports, and Logistics sectors of particular interest.
Macquarie's Transport Infrastructure team is consistently recognised in investor rankings for its fundamental consistent approach to equity evaluation. We are therefore looking for an individual who can integrate quickly into a demanding but successful team operating within a highly competitive industry sector.
You will have:
- At least 2 years experience in equity research
- Strong capabilities in research report writing, equity valuation techniques and industry analysis
- Strong communication skills both with external and internal clients, with the ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly
- The initiative and enthusiasm to build a quality product, and be willing to work the hours to achieve your goals
- The ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, sales and trading team members
