Job description The MSS Business System Management Coordinator (BSMC) is responsible for global coordination and consolidation of Managed Security Service sales orders for service delivery. All new sales orders are booked in an external sales and order management tool, Oracle, and must be entered into Remedy manually after thorough review and validation The BSMC serves as the single point of entry for all orders into Remedy and is responsible for the successful queuing of new service opportunities with the MSS Deployment team. This is completed on a global basis The primary mission of this role is to support the Managed Security Service organization by compiling, aggregating, reviewing, validating and confirming all newly booked sales orders. Based on their MSS business support expertise, the BSMC provides an additional cursory review of order documentation and project scope to ensure proper queuing with deployment . The BSMC's actions are the initial steps within service delivery enabling MSS Deployment to begin the activation process and revenue generation The BSMC provides business support to the Sales, Customer Fulfillment and the MSS Delivery Organizations for inquiry or conflict resolution of MSS Service Orders. These organizations include Direct Sales, Channels, Order Processing, Order Management, Customer Fulfillment, MSS Client Services, MSS Service Assurances, and MSS Deployment The BSMC serves as a Subject Matter Expert on behalf of Managed Security Services Orders and provides on going dialogue and participates in supplementary meetings in a proactive approach to ensure that orders are booked correctly In addition, the BSMC has that added responsibility of processing both mid contract and non renewal service cancellation within Remedy and queues request for service disconnect with the Security Operations Center. This requires thorough review and understanding of order documentation and contract language to calculate all appropriate terminations fees The BSMC completes a monthly reconciliation between Remedy Service Order and Oracle Order Management to validate that the Output from Oracle Matches the Input to Remedy The BSMC also completes a monthly reconciliation of cancelled Service Orders within Remedy to ensure the Security Operations Center has received the Disconnect Ticket and to verify that the Service has been terminated in Oracle Service Contracts Business Systems Management Coordinator must have: * Strong Communication and Reporting skills. * Strong MS Office skills. * Outstanding Customer Service skills. * Effective Cross-functional teaming ability * Working understanding of MSS Offerings Required Bachelor's Degree At least 1 year experience in Services Orders, Contracts, Customer Fullfillment U.S. citizenship required English: Fluent IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
