THIS IS AN INTERIM POSITION THAT IS INTENDED TO LAST 18 MONTHS OR LESS. It is designated for use in Home Mortgage during periods when business conditions demand increased operational capacity. This position is eligible for most Wells Fargo benefits. We have an immediate opening for an Interim Customer Service Representative. Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services. Duties include: processing routine to complex transactions on-line, researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives. Duties may also include: cross-sell or refer products, account maintenance, report generation, and project work. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years customer service experience Minimum Qualifications: Skills/competencies; - Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use database marketing - Demonstrated customer service skills Physical requirements: - Ability to move 15+ pounds - Ability to operate a moving vehicle or have access to transportation - Ability to stand/sit/walk for 6-8 hours a day Education: - High school education or equivalent Preferred Skills: - Mortgage industry experience - Bi-lingual skills - Bachelor's degree Wells Fargo is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V. �© 2012 Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
