Job Summary A FC Team Lead will be responsible for managing the work performed by FC File Reviewers I, II III. Work will consist of evaluating foreclosed loans to determine if the Bank had properly documented ownership; foreclosure was in accordance with applicable state and federal laws; if a foreclosure occurred when an active modification or loss mitigation was under consideration; procedures were in accordance with the terms of the mortgage; fees assessed were permissible under the terms of the loan documents; and Loss Mitigation activities with respect to foreclosed loans were handled in accordance with the requirements of HAMP. Responsibilities will include managing file review request for information (RIF team) and exceptions when referred by Promontory or internal Claim Review Process, single point of contact for escalations to Control Tower (leadership team) and or designated Promontory contact, potential borrower contact and conducting QC reviews as outlined in Claim Review process, based on established criteria.
