Specific Job Description Contingent position based upon winning the task order. Proposed start date 27 April 2012. The C4ICC Tech Support Branch Lead Manages multiple work centers which provide telecommunications, command and control systems, and intelligence systems technical support to the Joint and Coalition Warfighting / Joint Staff Deputy Director, J7 training and experimentation events. Responsible for managing segment efforts, including planning, defining objectives and priorities, evaluating performance, resolving problems, establishing quality control procedures, assigning duties, supervising assigned contract personnel, and coordinating with Government and other Contractor personnel. Provides complete systems design in a highly complex area. The systems design establishes the framework from feasibility studies to post-implementation evaluation. May serve as the technical authority for a design area. May be assisted on project by other analysts or technicians. As a staff specialist, resolves unique and unyielding systems problems using new technology. Standard Job Description Manages more than one functional area in information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, computer application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
