Specific Job Description The Donaldson Site Operations HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team in support of business objectives. As a trusted advisor, the chosen candidate will be able to positively influence and influence the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions by possessing a comprehensive understanding of the site's business strategy. This position will align HR initiatives to critical business needs as well as serve as the Talent Champion that assists in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. This position is responsible for transforming core values into common practices at all levels of the organization and will be recognized as the Culture Ambassador. Positive employee relations The HR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of two HR Business Partners and one Administrative Support. The HR Manager will ensure the HRBP team engages with organization's leadership on all HR initiatives, policies and procedures. This position will be the primary contact for all DSO executive needs within the organization and will communicate the HR strategies to support the deployment and implementation of various HR policies, practices and actions as required. Standard Job Description Manages more than one Human Resources function, such as employment, human resources management, benefits, compensation, training/development, for an assigned organization. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
