Specific Job Description Candidate will support areas of Production Operations such as Production, Planning Control, Manufacturing, Production Program Management and Operations Engineering. Requirements for position include: Demonstrated Human Resources acumen in generalist role - Ability to drive selection and retention strategies - Ability to assess requirements, design and execute training and development plans - Ability to multi-task with a high degree of versatility and flexibility - Ability to lead and deploy HR initiatives cross-functionally (such as Focal Point Merit, Performance Management, promotion planning, rewards and recognition) - Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented - Ability to coordinate community and educational activities - Ability to provide support to senior leaders and functional managers on a daily basis - Ability to analyze and develop solutions to complex, multi-dimensional problems related to employees, processes, systems and organizations - Ability to coordinate internal resources such as Talent Acquisition Center, Employee Service Center, corporate support organizations - Experience with HRMS, LMS, LMCareers and other LM HR applications - Familiarity Federal labor law preferred. Strong candidates for this position demonstrate responsiveness, analytical skills, coaching skills, and relationship building while demonstrating a high level of social acumen. Candidate must have systems thinking abilities and be able to identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management on strategic initiatives, demonstrate Human Resources value and ensure commitments to corporate initiatives are met. Maintaining a high sense of integrity, urgency and confidentiality are critical attributes for the selected candidate. Prior experience with production and engineering environments is desired.
