Multi-Asset Client Solutions – Product Specialist Intern recruitment
Within the department, the Product Specialist Unit helps structure and coordinate our product and solutions offering, acting as the interface between the investment platform and the sales teams.The main responsibilities of the team are as follows:
- Contribute to the understanding of client segments and provide clients with tailored investment solutions and products fitting their needs
- Manage product and solution promotion
- Support Sales teams in their distribution efforts by providing client-facing support and up-to-date marketing material
Tasks
Reporting specifically to Sales Support and other members of the IS team, you will be involved in various projects relating to the business development of the Investment Solutions platform for these client segments including:
- Creating and updating existing marketing materials
- Produce ad hoc marketing materials and follow up docs for products / specific clients
- Assist with client queries and requests
- Sending performance / reporting information both internally and externally
- Maintaining client contact and meeting databases
- Further ad hoc requests
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying for or has already obtained a degree with a specialisation in finance
- Is extremely fluent English (both speaking and writing)
- Has trong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Has good relationship skills with an ability to work autonomously and to meet tight deadlines
