Multi Asset Investment Specialist
Change Recruitment Group's client is currently seeking a Multi Asset Investment Specialist to work within their team. The Multi Asset Investment Specialist is specifically targeted at supporting the commercial growth of a flagship product and to play a significant role in the broadening of the multi-asset/absolute return offering. The Multi Asset Investment Specialist will work closely with the asset class management teams to ensure the transfer of knowledge to the sales teams to support the development of the product suite. Secondly their investment expertise will also be utilised in developing insights from contacts to feed into future asset class strategies.
Responsibilities of the Multi Asset Investment Specialist:
- Developing relationships with key research consultants and intermediaries
- Ensure any market intelligence gathered is fully reflected in internal product development / asset class strategy forums
- Promote the business
- Work in partnership with sales channels - proactively supplying tactical information to sales personnel
- Work proactively with the sales teams to educate/inform/update investment consultants and prospects on Absolute Return Strategies
- Contribute to the support of any wholesale distribution agreements for multi-asset
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of key competition and the competitive environment
- Drive and facilitate thought leadership within asset class area
Background of the Multi Asset Investment Specialist:
- Thorough knowledge of investment markets and relevant products
- Understanding of investment strategy and the competitive environment
- Working knowledge and experience of working within a multi-asset environment essential
- Working knowledge of legal and regulatory provisions
- Ability to write reports and give professional presentations
- Ability to build and nurture personal relationships with a diverse range of people/personalities at a variety of different levels
- Excellent presentational skills
- Experience of Absolute return, diversified growth and Fixed Income strategies would be advantageous
This is a permanent position for a Multi Asset Investment Specialist paying an excellent salary plus bonus and benefits.
