Multi Asset Operations Analyst
The Role
- Working within the middle office team on such functions as electronic trade/deal capture, confirmation and settlements, cash and collateral management, issues resolution, technology development, and valuations processing
- Working closely with Senior Management on strategy development and new initiatives.
- Working with all financial markets and products traded globally including highly complex derivative instruments.
- Review daily cash and position reconciliations following through on break resolution
- Ensure the accuracy of all trade bookings, end of day pricing, and client deliverables
- Effectively communicate with clients assisting with all systems and trade related queries
- Work closely with the various middle office, NAV, IT, risk, and investor service teams
- Institute innovative technological solutions to alleviate client concerns in conjunction with our business development team.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience within a high demand fast paced work environment including but not limited to financial services and/or technology.
- Exposure to various key financial products (i.e. equities, options, futures, fixed income, FX, and/or derivatives)
- A degree in business, accounting, or finance
- Ability to multi-task and succeed in a results oriented high pressure environment with an understanding of the need for 100% accuracy
- Self-motivated and solid team player with a client-service oriented approach
- Desire to learn and embrace new technology
- Strong Excel skills with proven problem solving ability
