You will not only be performing the function on a senior Client advisor but also heavily involved in the strategy of the office and helping them break into new markets of growth. They have plans to expand and open offices in the Middle East, London, Luxembourg, Asia and Monaco in the near future therefore they are in an exciting phase in their history. The position will be very entrepreneurial and challenging therefore they want senior people that show these qualities and are motivated by the opportunity. They are offering a competitive salary and provide an attractive bonus structure based on revenues. They provide flexibly, an open architecture and want people with potential to be partners. This position will suit a person who is entrepreneurial and motivated looking for a good challenge. The core markets they are looking to grow in are Russia, Africa, Middle East, LATAM and Asia therefore are targeting senior private bankers with loyal clients in these markets. The founders of the family office are ex Private banking managers from top banks. My client is targeting very senior bankers with large books of clients and big presence / knowledge in the private banking emerging markets.
The candidate must have the following experiences:
- At least 10 years in private banking and working with private clients
- A book of £100m or above
- Based in Geneva
- Large network in Emerging markets
- Need to have a solid pipeline and a demonstrable track record in client acquisition
- Focus on UHNW
- Entrepreneurial
