Multi-functional HR Manager

Security Clearance: None Required Skills HR management experience. Proficiency with LM staffing processes and systems. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and/or functions through effective relationships. Excellent verbal communications and writing skills. Specific Job Description Responsible for all aspects of human capital management for a large government contract with a geographically dispersed workforce of 1100 highly technical employees. Providing strategic planning and tactical action plans to implement and administer effective staffing and talent acquisition for both LM and Subcontract positions, talent and performance management, change management, employee relations, total rewards, EEO, training development. Lead and supervise a team of HR Professionals. Serve as a consultant and coach to the senior leadership team. Partner with the management team to support workforce planning initiatives, determine staffing requirements and provide accurate projections. Identify trends and make recommendations. Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Program Reviews. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
