Tradenext, a specialist financial services firm that provides FX, CFDs and Spread betting products to Retail, High Net Worth, Professional and Institutional traders is looking for an experienced senior sales and business development executive.
The firm offers a range of financial instruments including major, minor and exotic currency pairs, stock indices and commodities. Tradenext offers the latest cutting edge technology, including the worlds first open source trading platform. In addition the firm offers specific products for institutional traders which include; Liquidity, API Connectivity and White Label solutions under its newly formed Tradenext Prime division.

Role: Senior Sales and Business Development Executive Multilingual – preference – German, Russian, Spanish or Italian.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills and have an enthusiastic approach when speaking to new clients
- Appropriate fact finding skills to uncover client needs
- Capable of adapting selling techniques and style to audience
- Professional and organised approach suited to a regulated product environment
- Financial sales experience and proven understanding of the market place
- Previous experience of selling margined products, in particular spread betting, FX or Contracts for Difference, would be advantageous.
- Educated to at least a good A-level standard and preferably degree level
- Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard
- Drive and tenacity in reaching goals
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast moving and fast changing environment
Responsibilities:
- Calling potential clients and converting them into active clients.
- Building and developing a potential client database.
- Generating potential leads and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Contributing towards building and expanding our global business partner network.
- Build, maintain and develop an accurate sales prospect pipeline.
- Responsible for identifying relevant target areas and conducting sales research on potential introducing partners and clients.
- Assisting new clients to use our state of the art trading platform.
- Educating clients to understand the concept of margin trading.
- Responsible for taking potential clients through the account opening process.
- Provide Sales Managers with timely updates for prospect pipeline.
- Provide relevant sales marketing communications and literature to partners and potential clients.
