Multi-Programme Change Delivery – Wealth Management, Private Banking
Our client, the wealth management and private banking arm of a leading financial services organisation, is looking to hire multiple change delivery specialists. The incoming project and programme managers will join a centralised change function responsible for the delivery of a multi-programme change agenda to meet a range of new strategic objectives.
Driven from the UK the change programmes will have a global reach and incorporate a variety of key functions across the organisation including:-
- Front office – client interface, technology enablement and process change
- Next generation digital client solutions, including social media
- Replacement of legacy trading platforms
- Business intelligence, management information, data management (datacube)
- Regulatory – AML, FATCA and Basel III
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent project based skills and the ability to foster and manage senior stakeholder relationship. Applicants are likely to have significant experience delivering business and technology led change within private banking/wealth management or the wider financial services sector. This experience may have been gained either working with a recognised management consultancy or directly within the sector.
