Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical) Job in Aberdeen, Scotland Uk
You will be responsible for providing ppm and reactive maintenance of the electrical building services for a static site in the Aberdeen area, the role is a fixed term contract for a period of 5 months. The key responsibilities are to maintain lighting, power, emergency lighting and HVAC systems across the site, with the hours being a standard 37 hrs a week Monday to Friday, with chance of overtime.
You should have the following skill set;
- Recognised electrical qualification, either NVQ or City Guilds
- 17th edition wiring regs
- Ability to fault find on mechanical plant
- Be comfortable in occupied client facing environments
- Have a full driving licence
- Proven track record with commercial property maintenance
