Multiasset Produdt Specialist / Manager / Proposition Manager recruitment
To be considered for this role ideally you will have a strong Wealth management background, and have extensive multiasset product specialist / proposition management experience.
Proposition Management and Development is a core competence that defines the strategic objectives of Wealth division to service the identified market segments of Private Wealth and Private Office. There are four key elements of delivery:
- Contributing to key Wealth Division Strategic Projects and Changes (related to Investment Office)
- Managing Developments Enhancements to Investment Office service propositions
- Commercial / Business Management Analysis for the investment propositions.
- Technical support to a wide variety of frontline, IO and wider wealth teams in relation to the propositions.
The Investment Proposition Manager role is focused on supporting all of the above activities in varying degrees reflecting ongoing business priorities to develop IO core competence / capability in this area.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of investment product types and the investment markets
- Significant experience of operating in private banking / wealth management industry.
- Proven past successes in developing products and/or project management / change delivery
- Strong influencing, organisational and communication skills.
- Creative, problem solving mind .
- Ability to research produce succinct analysis / papers to support evidence-based decisions.
