Multifamily Asset Manager - Dallas 

Major Real Estate Company located in Dallas, Texas is currently seeking a qualified individual for their expanding property management/asset management area.


Responsibilities consist of managing a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, overseeing all property operations including maximizing occupancy and income, budgeting, capital improvements, providing back up to on-site managers and special projects.

The ideal candidate should have a college degree and 5+ years regional property management or asset management experience.  Multifamily is a plus.
