Multilingual 1st Line Customer Helpdesk in shifts Job in Budapest

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for 1st Line Customer Helpdesk specialists in 7 x 24 shifts to their Budapest-based business services center.
Követelmények / Job requirements:
- Responding to inbound telephone calls from customers and recording all actions taken to effect resolution of customer problems.
- Contacting customers directly, providing notification of error conditions, and updating on existing problem conditions.
- Conducting first level analysis and contacting other technical departments if it is necessary.
Személyiségjegyek / Personality:
- Fluent, active English AND one of the followings:
French
German
- Ability to work in 7/24 shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Strong problem solving skills
- Relevant experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
- Helpdesk experience and/or networking knowledge are preferred
