Multilingual Account Manager recruitment
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for maintaining overall client relationships. You will play a critical role in the renewal process of existing client contracts and the development of client retention strategy.
You will deliver on sales targets, whilst maintain a high-level of product and research knowledge. Other responsibilities will also include generating leads, and providing forecasts and pipeline information for members of the management team.
Working with other teams across the business to provide excellent customer services, you will be a team-player.
The successful candidate will:
• Be results driven and Sales-orientated, being able to provide evidence of exceeding targets and goals.
• Be educated to degree level of equivalent within a Finance or Economics discipline.
• Be a strong communicator with fluency in one or more European language as well as English – preferably Spanish, German, Russian, or any Eastern European or Nordic language.
• Have knowledge of financial services and/or Capital Markets
• Have experience in Sales Support, Client Services, Account Management, Relationship Management or a related area in a client-facing position within the financial services sector.
