About the Job
The Multimedia Development Assistant is an important role which supports the multimedia products that provide our clients members with ready access to information that meets their professional/career development requirements.
The role is responsible for managing multimedia learning products, providing advice and support to the direct team. It will also involve supporting and responding to the members in the provision of solutions to any technical concerns with the use of our client's online platforms and supporting the delivery of existing content through multimedia avenues.
The tertiary qualified (multimedia, e-learning or IT/ Marketing) successful candidate will have proven experience in multimedia development; project management/participation experience; exposure to adult learning design principles; strong problem solving and customer service skills. They will also have a working understanding of multimedia software tools, learning management and content management systems. Experience in web functionality; HTML; CSS and Flash HIVE is also an advantage for this role.
