The Company
My client, a leading top tier Investment Bank is currently seeking a highly experienced Multimedia Project Manager with a proven track record in AV equipment operational management, ideally in the area of financial services.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of and compliance of all audio visual equipments across Asia. You will ensure strict adherence to the global change management process in place within the firm and work closely with other teams to ensure smooth delivery to users in across the region. Responsibility for managing the budgets for AV equipment and resources and support and management of junior team members will also be a key component of this position.
Your Profile
You will be highly experienced Multimedia and Audio Visual Technologist ideally from an Investment Banking background including operational experience with Polycom and Tandberg/Cisco products, video conference endpoints and TMS remote management software. Experience with audio visual event planning and familiarity with desktop video conferencing tools is essential. Strong command of English is mandatory for this hire with strong project management skills ideally ITIL qualifications beneficial.
