Multinational Technician
Full Job Description
To perform the OMeGA servicing of Multinational clients to published Service Level Agreement`s (SLA`s) or individual client bespoke SLAs for all multinational accounts serviced within the Multinational Centre of Excellence.
- Ensurecompany communicates to relevant internal parties and meets service requirements on all allocated accounts as specified in SLAs or bespoke Client Service Agreements
- Flexibility and pro-activity in working practice to ensure that all clients are serviced within the OMeGA system at all peak activity times.
- Develop good working relationships with MCoE Standard and Specialist teams as appropriate to assist in effective service delivery
- Preparation, issuance and co-ordination of NOC`s and Network Instructions
- Preparation on OMeGA program builds including the effective submission of reinsurance structures to RISOs.
- Preparation, issuance and co-ordination of OMeGA requests
- Fully support the OMeGA system development team, focussing on process definitions and staffing requirements
- OMeGA request acceptance and booking monitoring of Issuing Offices.
- Standard OMeGA policy and premium tracking reports for owned portfolio of programs.
- Effective handoff of programs for booking and reconciliation activity within company designated SLAs.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulation andcompany internal procedures and systems.

- Strong administrative and personal organisational skills
- Excellent working knowledge ofcompany`s multinational system (OMeGA) and the basic principles and application of all forms of reinsurance, including proportional, layered and Captive.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages - Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to use applications in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulation andcompany internal procedures and systems
- Experience of operations areas and processes
- Commercial insurance experience, preferably including servicing aspects of multinational-global programmes
- Minimum required GCSE Pass in English, Maths and ICT.
