Multiple Dealing / Dealer Opportunities recruitment

My client is a leading Global Private Bank with offices spanning the globe. Glasgow has become an operational centre of excellence, while the company also offers excellent opportunities for those who wish to explore working in non-domestic locations.

Following a Global restructure, my client is now looking to recruit a number of Dealers for their execution only teams within Global Research Investments. These roles are being moved from locations around the Globe and they expectation is you will be trained on new and varied products.

At managerial level you will be reporting into Head of Dealing, and will be responsible for the daily trading activity and the execution of orders on behalf of businesses through the management of a team of direct reports. Furthermore you will be responsible for ensuring that all client deals are executed in the market to achieve best-execution obligations, and in line with documented and pre-agreed policies and procedures. Management experience will be required, and you will have experience dealing in Equities and Equity Derivatives.

At Analyst level, you will have experience dealing Fixed Income, Equities or Derivatives, reporting straight into a Senior Manager. As these roles have been relocated from outside the UK you will be given the opportunity to enhance your current skillset, leading to further opportunities within the Group.

You will have 3-10 years minimum dealing experience, ideally but not exclusively aligned to equities. You will have detailed knowledge of MIFID and FSA rules regulations as they relate to securities trading, coupled with excellent client relationship skills, have keen eye for detail coupled with strong process improvement skills. You will also be highly motivated with a strong understanding of risk. You will be a strong man-manager used to leading a team and developing the team members, or be a high performing analyst looking to fast-track your career.
