Job Description
We are currently looking for a Frontend Lead Developer and one UX/UI Specialist.

The Lead Frontend Developer will be a passionate and high-energy individual who takes initiative and ownership. This role involves design, coding and testing of the frontend UI application. This position will grow into a leadership role as DivvyHQ continues to grow and will be responsible for the support and development of future developers.

As a UX/UI Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our product team, responsible for designing delightful user experiences and driving the design process from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate should also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough understanding of contemporary, user-centered design methodologies is a must.
Skills Requirements
Frontend Lead Developer
- Write elegant, readable, and well-documented frontend code using Javascript and Python
- Design and layout the ever evolving architecture of the frontend application
- Work closely with the Product Team to hone the UI, UX, and feature set of the application
- Help define coding standards and best practices
- Ensure the quality of the product produced by the teams through code reviews, unit and functional test coverage
UX/UI Specialist
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field
- 5+ years of web user interface design, some implementation experience preferred
- Experience with Agile teams, using wireframes, mockups and UI prototypes to drive requirements gathering and feature refinement
- Deep understanding of SaaS-style web applications with sophisticated functionality
- Deep knowledge of HTML/HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS and capabilities of web browsers.
