MUMBAI: Director Treasury Operations/ CIO Office recruitment
Job Description
As Director for Treasury Operations, you will be reporting to the MD for Investment Banking and responsible for building a new mid office business. In addition, your role will include:
- Setting up the middle office team across credits, rates, FX, money market and equities.
- Managing the internal risk controls function.
- Responsible for the Risk PL teams.
- Responsible for the Trade Support processes.
- Managing structural risk at the group corporate level.
- Attracting, hiring and developing high potential teams.
The Successful Applicant
You will possess between 17-25 years of experience with atleast 1-3 years at a Director level. In addition, you would have sufficient exposure to global markets across FX, money markets and equities. You also will have been exposed to CIO functions and investment operations management. You will have excellent written and verbal English as well as strong communication presentation skills. Given the greenfield nature of this role, you will have significant experience in start up or high growth phase change management.
