Credit Migration Business Analyst
Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Murex Business Analyst to work on a large-scale credit migration project, part of a wider ‘change the bank’ programme.
Prime Purpose Of This Role:
You will be responsible for working on the Front Office work stream of the Credit Migration project at the bank. This is a major project of approximately 20 dedicated resources that is looking to migrate the bank’s Credit Business to the latest version of Murex 3.1.27.
You will test and analyse functionality for Front Office and work directly with Murex and Senior Business Managers at the bank.
You will need to be an experienced Murex analyst, with a minimum of 5 years Murex application experience with a wide experience across the application.
You must have experience of:
• PL analysis, Risk Analysis and VaR analysis. Overall experience is preferred to in depth knowledge of one specific area.
• Adept at analysing issues and comparing issues due to discrepancies on two versions.
• Following up with Front Office on discrepancies and attempt to reproduce calculations and resolve the issues.
• Follow Murex issues with the vendor.
• Confident at dealing directly with senior business representatives.
• Interest rate, FX and/or Credit business knowledge are essential.
• The Murex system in use is Mx 3.1.
