MUREX SUPPORT ANALYST recruitment

As a part of the Murex support team, you will be responsible for the stability of production environments ensuring all applications and interfaces have maximum availability. You have to troubleshoot application issues, resolve complex issues and outages and in case of failures escalate to the next level for further investigation. You will have to perform Trend analysis, Incidents resolutions, Root Cause Analysis and Regular Reporting to identify areas for improvement.

To qualify for this role, it is essential that you have prior experience working on Murex and you should be proficient in UNIX and Sybase. You must also have good knowledge of the trade life cycle of FXO and IRD products. Since the role requires regular communication with the teams spread across the globe, you must be an effective communicator with proven experience in working closely with clients.

This is a 1 year Direct Contract role, with a high probability of conversion based on performance.
