Role Title : Murex Trainer
Role Based : London
Reports to : Training Manager
Role Purpose : Work closely with the Training and Development Manager to establish and further Training best practice and to constantly up-skill the business Murex Consultants. Also working to develop Training Service to clients
Key Responsibilities :
1. Must have experience in both FO and BO MX.3
2. Thorough understanding of GOM essential
3. Excellent presentation skills
4. Ability to adjust training style to suit audience (Graduates through to Senior Members of staff)
5. Able to design and present short training sessions on a one to one basis as required
6. Flexibility to provide evening training as required
7. Flexibility to train on client site
Academic Professional Qualifications :
1 Degree in either computer science or finance (Desirable)
2 Masters or other post -graduate qualification in finance (Desirable)
Knowledge Experience :
1 Experience within a Training and Development environment
2 Murex experience
3 Investment Banking experience
4 Multi-vendor project delivery experience preferable
Skills :
1 Strong communication skills - an excellent command of verbal and written English
2 Strong time management - working to tight deadlines and schedules
3 Strong interpersonal skills - to manage a team of 10+ and enable a growth culture
4 Open - shares information, knowledge and experience openly
5 Integrity and Authority - able to approach client and partners alike with gravitas
Travel from time-time maybe required
