Within Allianz Global Investors in Europe, you will become a member of the Mutual Fund Distribution Operations Team as a Mutual Fund Distribution Operations Specialist. The department supports the European sales team in the set-up of the operational infrastructure for international clients (i.e. fund of funds, insurances, banks, mutual fund platforms) purchasing Allianz Global Investors funds. This covers the set-up of the relevant contracts, account opening support, trail fee, handling of enquiries from client and sales about operational topics as well as all general aspects of the infrastructure for the distribution of mutual funds in European markets ex Germany.

Key Responsibilities
You will perform through….
- Manage day to day activities with regard to the take-up of new clients, account opening, order processing, client agreements, trail fee, etc.
- Selection of external service providers (transfer agents, paying agents, etc.) incl. contract negotiation
- Manage relationships with group-internal fund providers/platforms
- Manage operational relationships with fund platforms (Calastone, FundChannel, Allfunds, etc.)
- Supervise trail fee payment process
Candidates profile / requirement:
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
What you should bring...
- Ideally, you have a university degree in economics and/or you worked already in the financial industry for 3-5 years.
- Additionally you have
o advanced computer literacy in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
o excellent command of French and English, written and spoken. German or Italian as additional language is considered a plus.
